Are you Staying Happy and Healthy?
pALS need to be especially careful regarding their health. Avoiding viruses isn’t always possible, but there are things we can do to minimize our risks.
What precautions and practices will you and your family be taking during this flu (and covid) season? Are you wearing a mask? Are you limiting who and how many people you interact with when you see cases rising in your area or have you had enough precautions? What do you think?

In our part of Arizona, covid-RSV-flu are all on the rise. So, it’s back to wearing a mask in crowded spaces, limiting visitors, and tons of hand sanitizer. (heavy sigh!)
