As moderators, we try to keep up on the latest developments that are important to our community and post topics of interest. At times, it is difficult to post a topic that we feel may be of interest. We want to ensure that you, our community, gains valuable information, as well as has a safe place to be heard. In order to do that we focus on encouraging kindness and empathy in our discussions. Sometimes we post things based of discussions, questions or emails from you. So, please, please, continue to email myself and Dagmar if you have any questions or concerns. YOU are our priority along with cultivating and creating a safe place for you to be heard! Also, if you would like a topic posted and are not comfortable posting it yourself, just let us know. We can research and try to find an appropriate way to start a discussion. We want everyone in our community to feel safe, supported and included.
