        While we’re all staying home and isolating ourselves from other people, we’re being careful to maintain our social contacts virtually and keeping our emotions focused on the positive. But, isolation and a change in our daily habits can have negative effects in other aspects of our lives.

        Recently, I noticed a surprising side effect from just a few weeks of following the stay-at-home guidelines, and wrote about it in this week’s column: Talking Myself into a New Habit

         What have you noticed that changed for you since the pandemic began? How are you coping? Have you created any new “work-arounds” to regain the feeling of normal?
