  When do you take a break from ALS information?

  At times, especially in May, I feel bombarded with information about ALS, ALS research, and possible treatments. I enjoy reading and learning about what is happening in our community most of the time. However, there are times I just need a break. This may last for a few days to a couple of weeks.  

  Do you soak up all the information you can, or do you take breaks?
