I have the mutated TBK-1 Jeanne, which was discovered at Columbia Presbyterian in New York City in 2015. They’re still very little known about it. Thank you all for the information in this article. I am worried about lymphedema also as my feet just began to swell. I have had cold feet often in my life before my diagnosis but it’s worse now.
