Hi Cheryl, we should keep in touch. Is a transdermal patch scapolomone? Karen is taking 1200 mgs of Guaifenisen and also Glycopyrrolat (sp?). They are going to Botox if the above does not provide relief. Also using nebulizer, cough assist, suction and bi pap. We had to create an excel spreadsheet to track everything. Not familiar with the odor…[Read more]

<p style=”text-align: center;”>My wife was diagnosed with Bulbar in July 2022. Takes Relyvrio through tube with no side effects. Prior to tube, the taste almost made her quit the med. She also takes Radacava, Nuedexta, and Riluzole. Just added Glycopyrrolate for saliva. Eating, talking, swallowing impossible but muscle strength and breathing is…[Read more]

The recent post re speech and technology was of particular interest. On a positive note, her breathing seems fin…[Read more]

Great! I’m happy to help answer any questions you both may have while going through the course. Don’t feel you need to rush through it – – I took about a week of time per chapter, so I could fully practice and learn each technique.
Hope your weekend will be a good one! Dagmar
