I was diagnosed in November 2021 but I’ve had symptoms since 2018. I have both ALS and severe peripheral neuropathy. I seem to be progressing slowly. I started with dropfoot, cramps and twitching all over my body. I can still walk short distances with a walker and I have split hand syndrome in both hands. I’ve only lost 25% breathing ability.
