Still waiting for official diagnosis with nearly all other possibilities eliminated. Based on symptoms, PMA seems likely as I have no UMN symptoms. Very difficult to walk any distance of substance or stand without support.  Employed as a Pharmacist and continue to work – tho with great difficulty. 54, with supportive spouse and two boys 18 & 15.
