Robert was diagnosed w/Bulbar Onset 8/9/19 after 1 year of thinking it was Myasthenia Gravis- came as a real “shocker”. My Dr. suggests that my progression is >>> slow. Hope so! Got a g-tube on 10/28/19 and it is LITERALLY a lifesaver. I take all nourishment and water by tube. I cannot speak. I use Speech Assist App on my phone and Boogie Board (kinda’ like “Etch-a -sketch” I used as a kid many years ago). Generally, my wife, Lynda, and I believe all’s well w/me- considering. During this Pandemic Season, we attempt to make the days count rather than count the days. To the reader of this msg: Hope you are doing well. Every day is a good day, some better than others.
