Diagnosed April 2017 after two years of symptoms following being hit by a car while riding home from work.  Breathing was my first symptom, forced to retire, limbs affected but still doing some walking and talking and eating fine.  Been taking RCH4 since April 2018 with no side effects and a has noticeably slowed my progression.
