Tips for Nursing a Patient With ALS


In this EmpowerRN video, Caroline, a registered nurse, talks through the signs, symptoms and treatments for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and how the disease progresses.

    As a care giver , I am alway asking if I am doing the right thing. The professionals are not very helpful. Maybe a support group could help with these thoughts.

    Patients want to feel empowered not victimized
