Diagnosed with pseudobulbar ALS in January of 2020.   Up until a month prior to that, I had been working a full time plus a part time job for nearly 20 years.  Single mom of 2 children, raising them o on my own. Born and raised in Utah, left for 15 years and worked in the nuclear industry, returned and have worked in the health care field in medical records. Caretaker is married daughter.
