Hello everyone, My name is Julie and I am my Aunts main caregiver. My Aunt was diagnosed with ALS about 2.5 years ago. This site has helped us out many times giving suggestions or ideas to problems that arise. I am a nurse of 10 years and have never witnessed a disease like ALS. It is so hard to watch someone you love that, once was so strong become so weak and frail at such an alarming rate. I would like to try and give back any suggestions that has helped us and cont. to receive the support and knowledge of the group.
