@amanda-sifford I am hoping for a gene cure coming soon. It will save Medicare a lot of money not paying for these drugs that only keep people going for 3-9 more months.

I would like to see a cure as I’m sure everyone does and I’m happy to see all the companies working on a gene correction to cure the ALS.

I’ve got the familial C9 gene, and it started in the bulbar muscle. I’ve had it for 1 3/4 years and it’s kind of aggressive. I’m a patient with Barrows and Ilike to do every test they have so they keep me busy.

I have the inherited C9 gene and hoping they come out fast with the Crispr-Cas9 therapy. it might cure any gene caused disease. It would be nice to see it in action.

Mark, gene correction just may be the only way we’ll see an end to ALS.
