Confirm diagnosis of ALS, December 2021. Prior to that diagnosis it was thought I might have myasthenia gravis but treatment for MG didn’t help.  I started with biting my tongue, cheeks and slurred speech where the early onset. Had seven EMG, 3 MRI’s dozen plus blood tests and basically EMG and MRI’s showed the neuromuscular issue. I have pretty severe bulbar palsy.
