Good afternoon GA time,
I have been working every day with the breathing regimen, I feel more positive and calmer knowing I am doing the best I can to take excellent care of what muscle and ability I have. I have also increased my stretching, stability and mini workouts during the day.

Thanks for the welcome! I have noticed in reviewing past posts that you have talked about blowing bubbles into water. Was this to help with your diaphragm? The Polmunary technician gave me a visit to test breathing functions; first test was the predicted screening and I was at 95%. Both my husband and I were Rea;ll;y excited and pleased.…[Read more]

Hi Kathy, thanks for asking 🙂 Yes, I follow a breathing regimen (my own) that includes: diaphragm breathing whenever possible, slow deep diaphragm breathing 10x/day, blowing bubbles (exhaling strongly thru a tube submerged in water plus, good posture when sitting, and daily core exercises. whew!
