I’m a male, age 53, was diagnosed with end-stage ALS Nov 2019, went Vegan, studied nutrition, regained my voice and ability to walk, again w/out needing a walker or wheelchair. I’ve been talking and walking, again for 6+ months and am still walking and talking.
I had major breathing problems return ( last night ) which lasted a couple minutes, was very scary!
I’m waiting to hear back from my neurologist about what I can do to aid / assist in my breathing during these short-lives but potentially deadly outbreaks of respiratory distress. No reply as of yet, today.(?) ?
