My wife Rebecca was diagnosed in 2019.   She lost her voice in latter part of 2020.  She is in a power chair and we use feeding tube 100% of nutrition and water.  She is having significant issues with saliva and swallowing.  She uses Avaps machine at night but not having significant breathing stress during the day.  She started on hospice in November of 2021.
