									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I understand too much protein can cause bowel problems, was told to not drink the popular protein drinks. Does anyone have experience with the newer non meat, meat alternatives? Would things like beyond meat etc be good protein option with less bowel problems? Or is protein just a problem from any source?</p>

A single Baclofen once a day doesn&#8217;t seem to do much.  Aleve some good, have had no problems with both, but who&#8217;s counting.</p>
