Short Bio |
I was diagnosed with ALS in June 2024. My diagnoses came fast from what I hear of others stories. In February of 2024 I woke and was unable to hold my head upright. I was diagnosed with Dropped Head Syndrome a rare symptom of ALS. I had an EMG which tested positive for motor neuron disease. I had lots of blood work to rule out other motor neuron diseases. I had a biopsy and it showed ALS and also Myositis an auto immune muscle disease. This is now my 4th auto immune disease. I also have autonomic neuropathy, sjogrens, discoid lupus, and now myositis and ALS. I have had health challenges for many years, but I have a wonderful life. I believe attitude is everything.
