Diagnosis was 4/3/2022 with Bulbar ALS.  Have always been active and this really knocked me for a loop.  I am still walking and using hands/arms. (hands/arms are getting weaker)  Swallowing has become nearly impossible, talking hard and breathing is a struggle.  Had feeding tube put in on 2/9/23 so feeling better.
