Base

I was diagnosed August 2020 after developing drop foot in 2019, long investigation and initial diagnosis of Multifocal Motor Neuropathy with Conduction Block (those were the days ?).  I’ve always been very physically active and have no family history if ALS.Now I can barely walk and my left hand is losing function, especially my thumb and forefinger. As you all know this disease alters  life on this planet as we know it, I use meditation as a pathway to navigate the massive challenges that I am now faced with. I am glad that this forum exists, at times I feel so alone I can hardly bear it, but I must, as we all do.
