@dagmar-munn First I thank you so much for excepting me into your forum. My husband has been diagnosed with ALS for only 1 month. Needless to say it’s been devastating. His speech has been severely affected. He also has noticed a difference in his laughter ( he laughs at wrong times). We mentioned it to it neurologist and he prescribed Neudexta. So here’s my question… do I really want him to stop laughing???? It doesn’t seem to be so bad. I’m just so afraid of taking laughter away from him.
    Any words of wisdom PLEASE.
