For exercise, I also break it up into small chunks. I take a lovely virtual class on Saturdays with a group of physically challenged women.
Because I still work full time (Rollator assisted always) I walk around the halls.
Yesterday my physical therapist worked me out for an hour, so today I let myself recover a little, especially because I’m up early for work.

I am engaged in speech therapy weekly and the therapist is awesome. Some days are better than others.
My voice has been my living.
Now I must adapt to an entirely new way of thinking about how I use my breath, when I pause, how to take my time and how to relax.
I’m learning to trust even when it feels so strange.

I made the choice to begin eating meat again. It’s mostly chicken, turkey, fish and beef. I try to be mindful.

I am currently taking Relyvrio once daily and have been since June 2023. I’ve learned to manage the taste by taking very early in the morning with my Riluzole & other supplements.
