I have had ALS now for 4 years. All 4 years the Lord God has Blessed Me with many things and My wife, Delma, provides Me Care and Her Love. I have not emotional stress. I have all My Faith, Hope and Trust in Lord God.

I do Dr Joe Dispenza Meditations and plan trips to have something to look forward to.

I try to make as many modifications as I can to continue to do as much as. I can. Use grocery cart to support myself in store rather than scooter cart. Could no longer cut grass so bought Black & Decker Three in One which weighs 9.9 lbs. So patio yard with one hand on rollator and one hand on three and one. Use lighter weight rollator from Vervor than one I had before. Collapsible rollatir makes much easier to navigate in tight areas. Look for chairs with arms as much easier to pull myself up to Rollator. Ask for table with chairs rather than booth in restaurants Slow down and use brakes on rollator when going down ramps. Continue to as much as I can as long as I as long as I have approval of Houston Methodist pt and it which has been excellent and very supportive.
