I can’t stand up to be weighed anymore, not sure how they monitor your weight when you are stuck in a heavy power chair.  Last time I could stand (last summer) I had lost @ 45 pounds, down to 96 from about 140.  I eat anything I want, ice cream for dinner, whatever appeals.  I eat whenever I’m hungry.  Not sure why I’ve lost so much.

The availability is a mystery. Â I got my first one at an Osco drug store, the only pharmacy in the area that had any doses.
When it came time for my second shot, my local CVS had none and had no idea when they would receive their next tiny allotment. Â After phoning around, I found that the Walgreens 100 yards away from CVS had more than plenty!
No significant reaction to either one, a little itchy, a little tenderness. -
Got it, no problems. Â At the drug store.
also got both shingles shots, and last year pneumonia.why experience those miseries when you can try to avoid them.
