A Life Story Foundation – Kevin Swan’s Story
Kevin Swan was diagnosed with ALS in February of 2012. Within a couple of months of diagnosis, he left his job as Director of Communications for SingleHop, a rapidly growing infrastructure service provider, and founded A Life Story Foundation.
A 501(c)(3) organization, ALSF’s mission is to tell the stories of PALS (People with ALS) in order to raise awareness, funds, and create actions to help eradicate the disease.
