Marcia’s family held a “Music for Marcia” fundraising event featuring local musicians to raise awareness of ALS and also to bring comfort and healing to Marcia.
As Marcia’s condition has progressed, she is finding it more difficult to communicate, but she has always found comfort in music. Her large circle of friends and family wanted to give something back to the lady who had given so much to others before she became sick, so they decided that they would combine Marcia’s love of music with a fundraising event.
