  “Medical ID” on your Apple Phone

  Our Smart phones are getting smarter!!!  Did you know that your Apple Phone has a feature that might help pALS in an emergency situation? In the Fall of 2019, the Apple company created a new feature called the “Medical ID.” The Medical ID feature is  hidden in the iOS health app. It’s a special feature that just might help save  your life! On the Medical ID feature, you can fill out as much information about your illness and medical provider as you choose. Also, there is an ALS Personal ID card that you can order.
