  Telling your loved ones you have ALS

  For most pALS hearing “You have ALS.” is a terrifying and confusing moment. After hearing their diagnoses, then they have to tell their loved ones and friends that they have ALS.  How did you tell you loved ones and friends? Did you and your partner discuss it prior? How did you explain ALS? What resources did you share?
