Living with a laryngectomy
I searched the forums and couldn’t find anything on this topic
I am considering getting one.
It sounds like it is better than a trach but I would like to hear from anyone that has had one or was a caregiver for someone who did.
Worth doing?
Pros and cons?

people do it together with trach, key benefit:
-less suctioning (qol for pal n cal)
-remove aspiration risk, keep drinkin even in late stage, eatin until u lose all swallowing capability-
