Lindsey Beard
Lindsey Beard is an Account Manager of Fundraising & Community Engagement at the Muscular Dystrophy Association, where she supports fundraising events and initiatives advancing research, care, and advocacy for families living with muscular dystrophy and hundreds of related neuromuscular diseases, including ALS. A former lacrosse and strength and conditioning coach at Woodward Academy, Lindsey has spent much of her career working in community engagement, coaching, and nonprofit outreach. Inspired by her father Mickey’s 17-year journey with ALS, she now honors his legacy through her work at MDA and by running marathons with MDA Team Momentum in support of the organization’s mission to end ALS and strengthen support for families navigating the disease.
