  • Are your Slow Progressor Up and Down Cycles affected by your emotional state?

On June 18th (2025) we had high winds from a storm that ripped off parts of our roof and our neighbor’s roofs. Also we lost 8 trees with one that broke off a part of our roof. The first roofer tried to get our insurance check and we fired him. About 6 weeks into this disaster we finally found a roofer we think we can trust. I went into a “down” cycle after the storm hit and stayed that way until after we found our second roofer. It took a while before I was in an up cycle, probably a week after we hired the 2nd roofer. I don’t know if an emotional state will trigger an up or down cycle. I try to stay upbeat and positive. That’s my nature. I avoid confrontations. Does anyone attribute their cycles to their emotional state? Does anyone attribute being a slow progressor to their personality?
