How are you feeling now that you spend a month talking about ALS and trying to raise awareness? Are you invigorated and motivated to get more involved? Do you need a break from the topic? What ideas do you have about continuing to stay involved and what do you need to make that happen?

Never!
Be not afraid of going slowly, be afraid only of standing still. Doing the best and all you can at this moment puts you in the best place for the next moment.
