  Do you know how to get involved with your state legislators to help change laws that will benefit pALS and caregivers? It is essential that our community speaks up and is active. Since ALS effects a small number of people, we need to be LOUD so that we are HEARD.  Check out the ALS Association’s websites for tips on how to get involved. http://www.alsa.org/advocacy/helpful-hints-for-advocates.html

  Have you gotten involved?  How did you get started? Are you interested in making a difference?  Share your ideas and remember May is approaching quickly.  May, ALS Awareness Month, would be a great time to get involved!
