  International connections?

  Am a new member of the ALS community. Am a Belgian citizen, longtime US resident but concurrently have lived 20+ years iñ China where I have my wife and home. Had symptoms for 2 years but got diagnosed 3 weeks ago. Now am trying to figure out where to enjoy myself the best white also having access to good medical care. Thoughts anyone? I own my house in China but only rent in America.
