  Red Spots on legs

  I’m starting to see red spots on my legs only. After doing a bit-O google’ng I found an article (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7253073/ ). They are small, close to the surface, easily scratched to open (tiny blood blister). Curious if others are seeing this, as their legs were losing muscle mass/strength?
