  STOP THE NEGATIVITY!!

  It is a big “job” to educate yourself, make plans and try and stay positive when a loved one has ALS!    We know that negativity can be contagious. We also know that having a healthy mindset is vital to our quality of life, so we don’t want to let others bring us down!! What if that Negative Nancy is your beloved pALS?  What do you do or how do you handle when someone around you is always negative? Do you respond differently if it is your pALS?  Do you respond to negative comments or posts?  Do you skirt around the issue or tackle it straight on?
