This is certainly an interesting article. It supports that different cultures have differing approaches to treating illnesses. Western medicine is not the only way. However, it seems that the Chinese are just as stymied by ALS as we are.
Bravo that this woman slowed her ALS progression for 12 years. This too proves that there are many ways to slow progression – – by addressing amino acid toxicity, oxidative stress, calcium cytotoxicity, and neuroinflammation. And good old “mind-body” connection! (maintain good emotional well-being)
