  We have mentioned the ALS registry before on the forum; however, I think it is work reposting. https://www.cdc.gov/als/?aspxerrorpath=/als/Default.aspx  The website state, “ No one knows for sure what causes ALS and currently there is no cure. If you have the disease, consider joining the Registry and completing the brief risk-factor surveys because your answers could help scientists defeat ALS. ” …

  pALS and caregivers are encouraged to register.
