        Did you know that different kinds of thoughts cause your brain to release different chemicals that impact your health. When you think of something sad, your brain releases chemicals that make your body react. The same goes for other emotions.  We may not be able to control everything or everyone around us, but we can choose how we respond and what we think about. What strategies do you use to try and maintain positive thoughts?
