Caregivers Need Care, Too
Caregiving can be a challenge when your loved one is living at home, but the challenges quickly multiply when your pALS has a short (or long) stay in the hospital. As a caregiver, you’re often juggling hospital visitors and keeping track of your pALS’s treatments as well as what is happening at home.
We can always learn from others! I want to share this helpful column, Caregivers Need Care, Too that was written by Christie Patient (in Pulmonary Fibrosis News) who is a caregiver for her Mom; a pre- and post-double lung transplant. Christie writes about ways to support a caregiver.
