  Empowering People with ALS to be Research Ambassadors – Webinar 05/06

  Provided by the Northeast ALS Consortium (NEALS), in collaboration with The ALS Association, this webinar will provide a basic overview of the vital role Research Ambassadors play in ALS research and what it means to become a NEALS Research Ambassador.

  In addition, the webinar will review the background that led to the creation of ALS Clinical Research Learning Institutes and detail how patients and families can apply to participate. Several graduates of the program (called Research Ambassadors) will show firsthand how they are using the knowledge they gained through the curriculum to improve ALS research for everyone.
