We’re doing our best to follow the COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, and appreciate the efforts of everyone who’s doing the same. Certainly, wearing a mask and gloves, wiping down surfaces, and keeping a 6-foot distance between ourselves and others has been challenging.

But what if you come across someone who’s not following the guidelines?

Do you call them out, ignore them, or flash them dirty looks? Exactly what is appropriate and helpful?

In this week’s column, I share my recent encounters: Influencing Mindsets: When to Speak Up About COVID-19 Guidelines

Have you had a similar experience? How did you handle it? What tips can you share with our forum members?
