Problems of communication while using Bipap mask

My ALS was diagnosed in March 2021. Now I am difficulty in breathing and use Bipap for about 23 hours a day. While using Bipap it is very difficult for me to communicate with my care givers because they cannot hear me through the Bipap mask therefore I have to use a lot of force to shout so that my voice could be heard. I used a number of microphones for louder voice but none of those could catch the voice across the mask. Does anyone about such microphone which can work with Bipap mask. Please mention the brand and the availability address. I would be grateful

Have you tried using a boogie board to write your request.

    After many months of trying succesfully to use BiPap, the nose pillow solved the problem. However I find it difficult to talk while using it, yawning difficult too.

Thank you all for your feedback. Actually I am quite comfortable with full face Bipap mask. I am looking for any device which I can fix with the mask for amplifying my voice

I recently switched to the nose pillows as well because I was having difficulty speaking through a mask. Prior to that we use a Chattervox setup which worked a little bit but was hard to keep in place. We found prescribed solution where the microphone attaches to the mask. It seemed to work pretty well but you will need a prescription from your doctor to get it fulfilled. It cost us around $500 for each setup. I would recommend Speax over Chattervox.

Thank you Mr dataonwheels for sharing the information. This is exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately the company refused to sell the device outside U.S.A as I am from Pakistan. Can anyone help/suggest how to get this device
