Even though I’m facing another week of “nowhere to go and nothing to do,” I know that incorporating some self-care into my daily routine is important. Self-care activities help me cope with feelings of uncertainty about the world, or my health, and helps build my resilience to handle change.
But weekly self-care doesn’t have to be elaborate – – simple things will do. Just make sure that you follow through and do them!
For example, this week I’ve picked three daily self-care goals: Move my body, sleep well, and connect with friends via email.
