The documentary charts Connolly’s final year as principal as his speech and ability to walk quickly decline. It also features some honest questions and answers as he invites students to quiz him about life with ALS.
The students don’t hold back when it comes to asking their principal questions and raise difficult topics such as assisted suicide, how he felt when he was first diagnosed and how he feels about his future. In turn, Connolly answers each question as best he can, being as honest and forthcoming as possible.
