ALS Awareness Month is coming to an end
Every year at this time I am spending time with the ALS research staff at the University of Miami to set up my testing visit for the ALS study. It is also time for me to do a quarterly health update interview and remote lab work for the study. May can be overwhelming for me. My father’s birthday is in May. He passed away in May and it is ALS Awareness month. I plan for the ALS testing. it is merely a coincidence that all of this occurs in May, ALS Awareness month. Does anyone else participate in research? Did anyone participate in any ALS Awareness activities?

Amanda, thank you for continuing to participate in the study at the U of Miami! Your involvement is very much appreciated – – together, we are slowly making advances towards having a treatment and cure for ALS.
