Are you active on social media and which sites do you use?
Whether it’s to keep up with the latest news from friends and family, or read about recent advancements in ALS treatments, we all have our favorite go-to social media sites.
I find that Facebook is the best way for me to connect with other ALS patients and I check it almost daily. Twitter seems to be the platform for ALS-related organizations and I don’t get much news from that source. Instagram? Never use it. Who has time to take and post photos? (Mine turn out fuzzy anyway!) Mostly, I keep up with friends and family through good old email.
Which social media platforms do you use and for what purpose? Which ones do you avoid and why?
