    It seems to me that intricate devices and methods to measure posture impairment are an unneeded expense. If an ALS patient presents with balance issues and weak posture muscles – – by all means focus on therapeutic exercise and balance exercises. Vestibular and proprioception signals in the body need to be relearned. Muscles can be strengthened.

    Don’t waste patient’s time just measuring and documenting their decline.
